Healthy and Quick Salmon Salad

Ingredients

Serves- 2

Salad Ingredients

  • 1 bag Green Mix or Salad of your choice
  • ½ English Cucumber diced
  • 1 Avocado Diced
  • 5-10 red radish thinly sliced
  • Red Onion thinly sliced
  • Sunflower nuts for garnish
  • Croutons of your choice (Optional)

Salmon Prep

  • Salmon (1 Salmon steak per person)
  • Garlic powder
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Olive Oil
  •  

Salad Dressing

  • 3 TBSP Lemon Juice
  • 3 TBSP Olive Oil
  • Fresh Dill chopped

Prep-

  • Sprinkle Sale, black pepper and garlic powder on salmon and Cook Salmon as per your choice. You can broil in oven or cook it in pan with some olive oil.
  • Mix all ingredients of salad dressing

Prep Ahead Tip-

  • You can make this salad dressing in a glass jar in fridge for up to a week.
  • Chop and mix all salad greens, cucumber, Avocado, radish and Avocado.

Prep Ahead Tip –

  • You can chop cucumber and radish ahead of time. Buy store bought salad greens to save time.
  • Assemble the cooked salmon on top of the salad bed, pour all the dressing. Season with nuts or croutons or both and Enjoy!
