Make your weekday morning healthy without needing to spend hours or $$. Most of these can be prepped ahead or even made ahead. And yes you can Thank me later!!

For busy parents, morning B’fast needs to be quick, hassle free but also healthy. Lets see some of the ideas below with Prep ahead techniques

Healthy Egg Bites- These little cute egg bites loaded with vegetables of your choice can be easy to go to B’fast. I will be including link to my favorite silicone muffin baking trays to make this job easy

    • Prep Ahead – 
      1. Saute vegetables of your choice and store in fridge. Make extra for double portion or use it in scrambled eggs later on.
      2. You can bake these and store these egg bites ahead of time and warm when needed. They can last in fridge for 3-4 days.

Boiled Eggs and Toast (or Cereal)– This is as easy as you can get. Find link to egg boiler that can make it easy to boil eggs when needed.

    • Prep Ahead –
      1. Boil eggs ahead of time and store in the fridge. Store milk in small glass jars for kids to self-serve.
    • Tip- 
      1. Use multigrain bread for healthier options. You can also use Peanut butter or Almond butter for extra protein (please check on nut allergies)

Scrambled eggs & Toast – Just like boiled eggs, this can be variation.

    • Prep Ahead –
      1. You can make scrambled eggs and store in fridge for 2-3 days.
      2. Can chop any vegetables ahead and saute if you like scrambled eggs with vegetables

Yogurt Parfait – This is most versatile and quick option. This is also great for to-go option

  • Prep Ahead-
    1. You can make individual yogurt parfait in glass jars (linking my fav glass jars in product below)
  • Tips-
      1. You can use greek yogurt and get more protein
      2. Add nuts and seeds to get most out of it like Chia seeds, almonds, raisins
      3. Can also add granola to make it crunchier and filling

Overnight Oats – Similar to above, overnight oats are served cold and can be topped with fruits/nuts of your choice. These can also be made ahead in individual jars

  • Prep Ahead-
    1. Assemble the individual jars ahead of time and store in fridge
